Oral Surgery Assistant Trainee

We are looking for an motivated individual to train as an Oral Surgery Assistant in our growing group practice. Our practice is patient-focused and dedicated to providing exceptional care in a friendly and professional environment. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team. No prior experience is required—training will be provided for the right candidate.

Job Summary:
The Oral Surgery Assistant supports the oral surgeon in delivering high-quality surgical care to patients. This role involves assisting during procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout their visit. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the oral surgeon during surgical procedures, including handing instruments and maintaining a sterile field.
• Prepare and organize surgical rooms, instruments, and equipment before and after procedures.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain compliance with infection control protocols.
• Monitor and comfort patients before, during, and after procedures.
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and report stock needs.
• Perform general office tasks as needed, including scheduling and answering patient inquiries.

• No prior experience is required—on-the-job training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
