Description
What you will do:
- Prepare daily reports for doctors
- Receive treatment plans and verify for accuracy.
- Present treatment plans to patients at consultation appointments
- Work with patient's needs to offer various financial planning options
- Generate pre-treatment estimates for patients as requested
- Schedule patients appropriately for their surgical treatment
- Understand nuances of medical/dental insurance
- Correspond with referring offices as needed concerning patient treatment
- Backup for other areas as needed
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- You have strong analytic/math skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.

- With your strong grasp of professional appearance and attitude, you provide superior customer service.
- You have learned how to work independently and multi-task without losing your cool.
