Role : Enterprise Account Executive

Location : Walnut Creek, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation : $300k OTE Equity

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, focusing on net-new business and land-and-expand strategies.
  • Meet and exceed a Quota of $1–1.2 million.
  • Develop solutions for use cases across various industries
  • Collaborate with the team in-office at least three days per week to foster innovation and teamwork.
  • Requirements

  • Experience : 5–8 years in enterprise sales, with a technical background (AI, DevOps, security tech).
  • Familiarity with frameworks like MEDDICC and SPICED, and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Startup-ready : You thrive in fast-paced environments without pre-built playbooks.
  • Comfortable managing technical conversations without requiring SE or tech support in initial calls.
  • Product-led growth (PLG) experience is a plus
  • Consistent track record of closing large deals and working with notable logos.
  • Salary : $50,000 - $100,000
