To help scale their enterprise presence, we’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with DevOps background and has thrived in early-stage startups to join the team in Walnut Creek, CA.


Role: Enterprise Account Executive

Location: Walnut Creek, CA (Hybrid)

  • Product-led approach has attracted top-tier customers and laid a solid foundation for enterprise growth


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, focusing on net-new business and land-and-expand strategies.
  • Meet and exceed a Quota of $1–1.2 million.
  • Develop solutions for use cases across various industries
  • Collaborate with the team in-office at least three days per week to foster innovation and teamwork.


Requirements

  • Experience: 5–8 years in enterprise sales, with a technical background (AI, DevOps, Infrastructure/cloud ).
  • Startup-ready: Real experience in early stage startups (Series A-C)
  • Comfortable managing technical conversations without requiring SE or tech support in initial calls.
  • Familiarity with frameworks like MEDDICC and SPICED, and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles is a plus
  • Product-led growth (PLG) experience is a plus
  • Consistent track record of closing large deals and working with notable logos.

Salary : $150,000 - $300,000
