We are seeking an experienced PowerApps Administrator to support the configuration, maintenance, and governance of Microsoft Power Platform applications within a DoD environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in PowerApps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse, with a strong understanding of DoD security, compliance, and RMF standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain PowerApps and Power Platform environments, including environments provisioning, DLP policies, and user access management.
- Work with stakeholders to manage application lifecycle across development, test, staging, and production environments in accordance with DoD DevSecOps practices.
- Monitor and report on platform usage, app performance, and license utilization.
- Implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) and ensure compliance with DoD identity management protocols.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to enforce STIGs and security controls across all Power Platform components.
- Manage connectors, certified datasets, and gateway configurations to ensure secure and compliant data access.
- Provide user support and training for citizen developers and power users.
- Maintain documentation of solutions, environment configurations, and SOPs.
- Integrate Power Platform with DoD-authorized M365, SharePoint, and external data sources as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- A Secret Security clearance
- 3 years of experience administering Microsoft Power Platform in enterprise or federal environments.
- Experience supporting application lifecycle management (ALM) using tools such as Azure DevOps or GitLab.
- Familiarity with DoD security policies, RMF process, IL4/IL5 cloud environments, and data classification.
- Hands-on experience with Dataverse, Common Data Service, custom connectors, and Microsoft 365 integration.
- Experience managing Power Platform in a multi-tenant M365 environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600).
- Experience working in environments hosted in DoD365 or GCC High.
- Knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, and DoD STIG compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with Power BI service administration and Activity Log APIs.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
