We are an commercial and residential mortgage company. We are seeking an Loan Submission Assistant to assist in our growing business based in Ocala.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to data entry especially the 1003, assisting in all administrative functions, loan Submissions, customer service, screening phone calls, schedule appointments, review applications, draft letters, documents, gather information in a timely manner, assist staff, review owner emails, spreadsheets, sales support, paperwork processing, basic accounting and overall field support. Attention to detail and deadlines is crucial. Prepare daily and weekly report updates on all open file.
STRONG computer technical skills and abilities REQUIRED.
Must be able to type minimum of 45 WPM accurately.
Experience in an Mortgage and Lending a plus.
Knowledge in the new 1003
Ability to Multi-Task.
Ability to work in a team oriented environment is essential.
Professional image and appearance.
Ability to learn new inventory/accounting systems.
Detail Oriented.
EXCEPTIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (must know and utilize proper grammar).

Knowledge of record keeping, filing, and purchasing practices and procedures.
