What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Access Representative position at Orange City Area Health System?
Description: The Clinic Patient Access Representative greets and assists patients in person and on the phone, schedules appointments by computer, takes messages, enters and verifies patient information. The Patient Access Representative will work as a member of a team to provide a high level of customer service to our patients. Other general office duties are also required.
Number of Hours: Part-Time: approx. 24 hours/week.
Schedule: Tuesday 7:00am – 4:00pm, Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm, and Friday starting between 7:00am – 8:00am and ending between 3:30pm – 5:00pm. Saturday morning rotation. 7:45am – 12pm (approx. 4 a year). Available to fill in shifts.
