- Provide individualized care to patients on various med surg tele units, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a culture of respect and open communication
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in tele float nursing, participating in ongoing education and training
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a hospital setting
- Strong background in tele float nursing, with expertise in ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Certification
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
