Job Overview:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe storage, handling, and distribution of Materials. This role involves managing and maintaining inventory accuracy, implementing safety protocols, and optimizing warehouse processes to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are performed in an organized, safe, and efficient manner.
  • Manage receiving, storage, inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping activities.
  • Implement and monitor processes to maintain operational efficiency, reduce errors, and increase throughput.

Inventory Control:

• Ensure accurate inventory management, including regular stock counts, managing discrepancies, and reconciling inventory records.
• Coordinate the flow of products, ensuring proper storage and retrieval to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize loss.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics/supply chain management role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage. In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Understanding of health and safety regulations and practices. Forklift certification (if applicable). Experience: 1 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics
