Job Summary
A Barbacks duties are to assist the bartender and at times servers to ensure prompt service to our guests. Some duties will be restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies and to comply with all food and beverage regulations, Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean, Pre-bus tables, bar tops, maintain table cleanliness, bus tables, deliver food and beverages to any table as needed. Also changing kegs, stocking beer, wine and liquors, cutting fruit, filling mixers and the removal of trash. Expected to keep all ice bins full and maintain cleanliness, keep floors free from debris and clean.
Responsibilities
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Pre-bus tables.bat tops; maintain table cleanliness, bus tables
- Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed
- Change Kegs, stock beer, wine and liquors.
- Cut fruit, fill mixers and remove trash.
- Keep all ice bins full and maintain cleanliness.
- Keep floors free from debris and clean.
Qualifications
- Must have the physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job description
- Must be able to carry 50lbs.
- Must be able to carry food and beverages
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
