What are the responsibilities and job description for the Expo position at Orange County Choppers Road House & Museum?
Job Summary
The Expo is an extremely important member of the Back of the House (BOH) team. The Expo is the last person to set up the plated food properly before it leaves the kitchen. This position requires calm, attention to detail, able to handle high pressure and be able to give direction to the wait staff and food runners to get the food out, hot or cold, and plated properly.
Responsibilities
- Set up expo station and clean up after shift is over.
- Desire to work in a high-volume kitchen setting.
- Able to take direction and produce in accordance with recipe.
- Able to be a self starter and see where assistance may be needed.
- Must follow Serv-Safe and health code regulations.
- Must maintain neatly groomed appearance and comply with uniform standards.
- Always provide superior service to our customers (internal and external).
Qualifications
- Must have clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain good interaction with co-workers in a high-pace setting.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
- Must maintain neatly groomed appearance.
- Must follow Serv-Safe and health code regulations.
