We are currently seeking a dynamic and well-qualified candidate for an Administrative Support (On Call) role in Convention Center Facility Operations. This position responsible for supporting the Facility Operations team with administrative tasks across the Orange County Convention Center

High School Diploma or equivalent and six (6) months of general clerical / office experience or one (1) year in a customer service role.

Job Description
Representative Duties/Assignments
- Performs administrative tasks in support of conventions and trade shows.
- Assisting with billing, filing, photocopying and dispatching technicians to work assignments.
- Assists with telephone & radio coverage using multi-line telephones & two-way radios and input orders as needed.
- Assists other staff as needed.
- Meets Center of Hospitality (COH) standards.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent and six (6) months of general clerical / office experience or one (1) year in a customer service role.
Preferences
- This position will be scheduled for a maximum of 24 hours per week.
- Must be available to work at least on a Saturday or Sunday shift after training is completed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products is preferred.
- Knowledge of IBM Maximo product.
