Job Description
General Functions
Provides administrative support and assistance to the management staff in the administrative, fiscal and data collection areas of the department. Assignments involve conducting research and compiling data in order to analyze information for use in administrative projects to resolve problems.
Work is performed with considerable independence under the general supervision of the Department Manager, Assistant Manager, or designated supervisor.
Representative Duties/Assignments
Minimum Qualifications
High school or equivalent and four years of progressively responsible administrative and technical experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Representative Duties/Assignments
- PCard administrator for department to include approver for charges.
- Assist, train and ensure the input of withdrawals, transfers, and enrollments are documented into the data management system.
- Assist Program Manager or Supervisor in contacting vendors, facilitating and managing special projects.
- Prepares and complies reports for policy council including PCard reports.
- Manages and ensure accounting accuracy for internal PCard program.
- Provides support with obtaining quotes for internal and capital projects.
- Performs research, collection and analysis of data related to area of assignment. Prepares documents such as statistical charts, tables and graphs for use in reports and meetings.
- Reconciles monthly federal in-kind.
- Processes department mileage.
