Description
The Program Services Navigator will oversee critical student support programs at Village of Hope, ensuring that students receive the guidance and resources necessary for personal transformation. This role includes managing the mentorship programs, coordinating dental care and tattoo removal services, and directing students to resources for record expungement and legal matters. The manager will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure the effective delivery of services and provide leadership for students in need of specialized support. This schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree (BA)
Experience: 2-3 yrs of job related work experience.
Communication Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups.
Math Skills: Minimum Skills: Ability to add and subtract and to multiply and divide.
Reasoning: Intermediate Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standarized situations.

Summary
Essential Job Duties with optional subcategories:
- Mentorship Program Coordination (60%): Oversees the student mentorship and mentor mom programs, recruiting committed Christian mentors through marketing, networking, and church partnerships. Collaborates with case managers to identify eligible students, educating them on the programs, and facilitating mentor-mentee matches. Provides mentors with training, resources, and ongoing support while maintaining records, overseeing grants, enforcing policies, and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Confident Smile – Dental Care Coordination (15%): Oversees students' dental care by coordinating services through Hurtt Family Health Clinic or collaborating with external dental partners to ensure comprehensive treatment. Manage appointment logistics, scheduling, and follow-ups to facilitate timely and effective care.
- Tattoo Removal Coordination (10%): Manages tattoo removal services for students by coordinating with Hurtt Family Health Clinic and external partners to ensure timely and effective treatment. Provides students with education on the process, oversees necessary documentation, and monitor progress while reporting outcomes.
- Clean Slate & Trinity Law Clinic – Legal Support Coordination (15%): Guides students to appropriate resources for record expungement and legal matters that may hinder a student’s path to self-sufficiency. Collaborates with legal partners and organizations to facilitate access to necessary support and assistance. This position will be required to support students during court appearances and accompany them to hearings as needed.
Key Performance Indicators (what are the main job duties performed that measure success for this position and organization goals): All qualified students who apply for mentorship are provided with a mentor. The program sees growth in mentor recruitment from multiple churches. Measure the number of students who make progress or successfully resolve their legal issues. Track the percentage of students who complete the full tattoo removal process. Track the percentage of students who complete their dental procedures as planned.
