POSITION SUMMARY :
The Director of IT Solution Delivery is responsible for defining technical strategy / roadmap, guiding system architecture, ensuring technical product ownership and leading a team of highly effective technical professionals to further advance the organization’s core banking capabilities. S / he provides oversight for application architecture, design, development, and delivery of core banking platform and related enterprise applications to better support Members and Associates.
In collaboration with Business and IT partners, the Director of IT Solution Delivery will lead the delivery efforts for enterprise-scale business solutions that optimize operational efficiency through technology and automation while leveraging product-focused agile solution delivery processes, CI / CD automation and DevSecOps practices. Additionally, s / he will be driving innovation efforts that deliver meaningful growth and operational efficiencies for the Credit Union.
In addition to having excellent problem solving skills, solid software engineering discipline, and expertise in Symitar PowerOn, the Director of IT Solution Delivery must be an initiator, self-motivated, creative, agile, accountable, and must be able to balance efficiency with effectiveness. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are a necessity.

The targeted annual salary range is $180,000.00 to $190,000.00. Final offer will be determined based on experience, education, training / certifications and specialized skills.
