What You’ll Do As a Branch Team Lead, you’ll be a trusted advisor, guiding members through their financial journey while mentoring and supporting your team. You will :

• Assist members with transactions and provide accurate, timely information. You’ll be responsible for working on both sides of the branch; operations and sales.
• Match members with the right products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Provide leadership and feedback to branch associates, helping them grow and succeed.
• Handle escalated member concerns with care and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Drive branch goals by inspiring your team and leading by example.
• Stay informed on industry trends to help improve branch processes and member experiences.
