Orange County SC Overview
Orange County Soccer Club is Orange County’s only professional soccer team playing in the United Soccer League (USL) Championship, the fastest growing Division II professional soccer league in the world. The team plays its home games at the Orange County Great Park’s Championship Soccer Stadium, located in Irvine, CA. The schedule consists of 17 regular season home games, plus a handful of additional events. Orange County SC was one of 12 founding members of the USL during its inaugural 2011 season when it played as the LA Blues before moving to Orange County in 2013. In 2021, Orange County SC brought home the USL Championship Cup as the league’s best team beating the Tampa Rowdies, 3-1 in the playoff final to capture the USL Championship title.

Orange County SC is looking for a Part-Time Game Day Producer to help create an exciting and seamless in-stadium experience for our fans. This role will be responsible for organizing group sales messaging and managing the show flow to ensure every home match runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the game day show flow, ensuring all elements—including pre-game, in-game, and post-game activations—are executed effectively.
- Organize and schedule group sales messaging, working closely with the ticketing and marketing teams to integrate key announcements.
- Manage in-stadium videoboard elements, ensuring smooth delivery of sponsor activations, in-game promotions, and fan engagement content.
- Assist with the execution of themed match nights and promotional events.
- Work alongside stadium operations to ensure all audio, visuals, and in-game elements are aligned.
- Support the on-field and in-stands promotions, including contests, fan interactions, and halftime activations.
- Collaborate with the production team to coordinate scripts and timing for PA announcers and in-game hosts.
- Other game-day duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Comfortable working with internal teams, external vendors, and on-field talent.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor, even under pressure.
- Available to work all OCSC 17 home games, plus potential playoff games(approximately 20-25 hours per home game week, including matchdays).
Timing & Commitment:
- March – November 2025
- Part-time role, approximately 20-25 hours per home game week
