Orange County School of the Arts Foundation (OCSA) is seeking LEAD INSTRUCTORS for BALLET FOLKLORICO & MARIACHI INSTRUCTORS for an immersive Folklorico & Mariachi artist residency program with Think Together students at eight elementary schools within the Paramount Unified School District. The 20-week program (broken into two 10-week cycles) will close with two culminating events, serving up to 60 students at each school. LEAD ARTS INSTRUCTORS will be responsible for providing administrative support for all teaching artists, ensuring the faithful implementation of the assigned curriculum, maximizing student engagement, and stepping in to teach when an instructor is absent. OR • Candidates that have 2 years of practical/professional experience in the area of arts concentration • 1 years of facilitating arts educational experience in grades K-6 highly preferred • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
