School Bus Transportation Company is looking for a full or part time Fueler to assist with fueling vehicles, snow removal when necessary, and daily cleaning/disinfecting of buses and facilities as needed. Salary commensurate based on experience.
Summary
As a School Bus Fueler, you will be responsible for ensuring that school buses are fueled and maintained to support safe and efficient transportation for students. This role requires strong communication skills and proficiency in driving, particularly with a focus on school and commercial vehicles. You will need to hold a valid CDL A with necessary endorsements, including TWIC, Hazmat, Tanker, and X Endorsements. Your experience with children and customer service will be essential in fostering a positive environment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities
- Responsible for fueling vehicles
- Must have Valid Class A or B License with P and S endorsements and an X endorsement (combination endorsement for tank and hazardous materials)
- Must have Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
- Snow Team Assistance when necessary
- Must have own transportation and be punctual
- Must be able to adjust to the flexible seasonal schedule
- Must be willing to drive a school bus route when needed
- Assist with daily cleaning, disinfecting of facilities, yard and/or buses when needed.
- Must be willing to travel to multiple locations
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to $32.00 per hour
