Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Mental Health Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide social-emotional support to students, coordinate 504 plans, facilitate lunch groups, and deliver both individual and small-group counseling. This professional will also play an integral role in the schools Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), utilize data to support interventions, and contribute to the Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) framework. Additionally, the candidate will serve as a key member of the schools safety team.Key Responsibilities: 504 Coordination: Oversee and manage 504 plans, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, collaborating with teachers, families, and administrators to support students' needs.Counseling Services: Provide short-term, one-on-one counseling to students addressing academic, social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.Small Groups & Lunch Groups: Facilitate small groups and lunch groups to promote social skills, emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and peer relationships.MTSS & Data-Driven Interventions: Implement tiered supports, analyze student data to inform interventions, and collaborate with staff on academic and behavioral supports.PBIS Participation: Assist in the implementation of school-wide PBIS initiatives to create a positive learning environment.Safety Team Membership: Contribute to the school safety team by participating in crisis response planning and student risk assessments.Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with teachers, administrators, families, and outside service providers to support student well-being and success.If you are passionate about supporting students' social-emotional development and fostering a positive school culture, we encourage you to apply and join our dedicated team!
