Position Summary
Assist in accelerating our sales and the adoption of our EV trucks by providing insightful analysis, reporting, planning, and forecasting for our business – and be able to communicate the insights effectively with internal leadership and with external customers. Be a leader in improving our worksheets and internal understanding of performance and improving customer-facing materials and reports.
Position Responsibilities
- Implement improvements to take us to the next level versus current reporting and worksheets
- Create and maintain an Executive-level dashboard for Sales KPIs and performance metrics across all regions and verticals
- Create and maintain cross-functional reporting to influence Sales & Marketing decision-making
- Leverage available CRM and Sales data to provide actionable insights to guide the sales and marketing teams
- Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and sales activities to determine the most effective approaches
- Assist with planning and scheduling of production based on customer demand
- Prepare analytical reviews of truck usage/performance from telematics systems to review with customers
- Join customer calls to support the sales team by explaining more complex analytical reports
- Identify knowledge gaps and help us fill them
Position Qualifications
- At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, Financial Analyst, or similar role
- Proficient Power BI experience and outstanding Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing large data sets
- Communicates, confidently, and effectively with high-profile external customers and internal teams
- Pays close attention to detail
- Confidence and poise to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Diligent follow-up skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM programs
