Production Start-Up Lead Technician

This is a full-time employment opportunity on the day shift working 6:00 am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday (50 hours).
Position Responsibilities
- Initial power-up of trucks
- Troubleshooting high and low-voltage systems
- Establishing and setting programming parameters
- Ensure the implementation of quality and safety procedures
- Identify and correct defects in product or workmanship
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Position Qualifications
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work area;
- Strong mechanical aptitude;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Ability to manage time to meet regular deadlines;
- Ability to adhere to and develop best safety processes;
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in a leadership role supervising 8 or more team members;
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings;
- Previous experience with hand/power tools;
- Detail-oriented with good focus; and
- Dependable, reliable, and flexible.
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have
- Previous hydraulics and/or pneumatics experience is a plus.
