Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical practice. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the practice's operations, including human resources, office management, and medical administrative support.
- Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and medical records management to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve patient care and streamline processes.
- Supervise staff, providing training and support as needed to foster a positive work environment.
- Implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and improve patient satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and managed care practices relevant to the field.
- Utilize practice management software such as Eaglesoft for effective record keeping and reporting.
Experience
- Proven experience in medical management or a similar role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with veterinary practices is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of human resources practices, office management, and medical records systems.
- Experience with managed care processes and an understanding of medical terminology is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
