Driver Instructor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Driving Instructor to join our team. As a Driving Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students the necessary skills and knowledge to become safe and confident drivers. Duties:
- Conduct driving lessons for students of all ages and experience levels
- Provide comprehensive instruction on driving techniques, rules of the road, and defensive driving strategies
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment in the classroom and behind the wheel
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols during driving lessons
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and lesson plans
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective teaching materials and curriculum

Experience:

- Must have 32 hours instructor training certified
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a Driving Instructor or similar role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds
- Knowledge of adult education principles and instructional techniques
- Ability to effectively educate and engage students in a classroom setting
