About the Role

Responsibilities :
- The application of Security Expertise to assist our customers in implementing valuable security measures on their IT infrastructure.
- Respond to Network and Security alerts discovered via alerting tools and take necessary actions to limit operational impact towards our customers.
- Define and implement new Security Services to assist in alleviating potential risks on their IT infrastructure.
- Define high-level Security Policies together with our customers and implement them throughout the complete IT chain at the customer.
- Triage Security events and provide forensic analysis to our customers (and legal entities).
- Conduct Security audits on the customer's environment.
- Collaborate with the group's Security experts to align our Security efforts with the Orange Business Service group.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in an IT-oriented field or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in an IT service-oriented position.
Certification in at least 2 Security areas (Firewall, IDS, Remote Access, etc.).
Mandatory knowledge and hands-on experience with at least two of the following : Fortinet, Palo Alto, Pulse Secure.
Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies is an added advantage : CheckPoint, F5 (LTM, GTM, ASM, APM), Cisco ASA (and Firepower), Pulse Secure, Bluecoat.
Experience supporting and / or performing installations of networking and / or security environments.
Demonstrated working experience in IT systems administration, support, and configuration.
Able to configure, implement, or perform change management on security equipment.
This is a shift role with the following conditions :
Must be able to work on shift hours, i.e., 10 hours on weekdays and 12 hours on weekends, but total work hours will not exceed 48 hours per week.
Specific working duty rosters will be set based on the above working hours. Every shift worked is compensated as per shift allowances.
