JOB FUNCTION: The Content & Social Media Specialist position will be responsible for the social media content, social response, member engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Schedule, write, and create content for social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
• Develop, manage, and coordinate digital campaign strategies
• Create and maintain content calendars for all digital channels
• Provide monthly analysis and reporting of social channels to show progress and communicate key learnings and recommend ideas/strategies/tactics for campaign optimization
• Create digital and social graphics and marketing collateral using Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
• Monitor studio social pages and posts
• Assess effectiveness in connection to brand sentiment, customer engagement and product performance
• Manage online reputation by responding to google, yelp, and Facebook reviews as needed
• Answer direct messages and respond to comments on social channels
• Must be able to maintain a stationary position most of the time in an office setting
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Travel 25% of the time
• Occasional work required evenings, holidays, and weekends
Qualifications
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 3 years marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism, or similar field
• Fluency with social media channels, especially Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
• Effectiveness in managing multiple projects and responsibilities
• Highly motivated with a passion for content creation and social media
• Team player with confidence and skills to articulate and present campaign strategy ideas and results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including grammar, spelling and punctuation
• Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development
• Demonstrate an organized, proactive, professional approach
• Thinks creatively and conceptually and open to feedback
• Ability to work independently and as part of the Marketing team with the desire to learn, grow and be challenged
