Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming environment for members, employees, vendors, and visitors
- Motivate sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure studio is meeting performance standards
- Develop strategies to drive member engagement and retention
- Manage and maintain schedules for employees
- Ensure employees are properly trained on Orangetheory workouts and procedures
- Respond to member concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new members
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for health and wellness
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
- Team player
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
