The Content capture and management representative plays a unique role in the organization and our interaction with our guests.  You are responsible for capturing those incredible moments and helping us share them with the world.  You will work directly with the local manager and the marketing director to focus on content gathering goals and then go out to capture the needed content on trips, with staff, with guests, and at our facility. Finally, this person may edit the content to meet the stated goals.  Captured content will be used in social media efforts, digital and print marketing, and to send to guests to help them remember their experiences.  

For the right person this position could also include helping to discuss, plan, and execute social media campaigns on all channels in both both still photo and video content.

This position will also manage the gathering and dissemination to guests of photos captured on multi-day trips.  This includes taking memory cards and loading the photos to our online photo sharing software before e-mailing links to all guests from the trip.

To be VERY CLEAR - This position will include significant time in the field, on trips and supporting trips, to capture content.

Content capture and management representative specific needed skills

• Be a self-starter.  This position requires the ability to operate with significant independence after initial goals and vision are provided.
• Competency with a DSLR level camera for both photos and video.  Employee could use their own or company provided.
• Comfort working with GO PRO cameras
• Familiar with Photoshop and some video editing software of their choice
• Familiar with CANVA
• Ability to paddle themselves down the river in and inflatable kayak, comfort on rivers, ability to camp and attend trips.
• Vehicle to drive themselves at times needed to capture content.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Awareness of social media trends in photo and video and excitement to help OTT think up and create engaging content.

Salary : $13 - $16
