Orange Umbrella Restaurant (OUR) Group is excited to announce that we are looking to expand our team by bringing on experienced dining room and training manager. This role will split time between two great restaurants ~ South Village Grille and The Rossi Kitchen & Bar

As an Assistant General Restaurant Manager, you will lead your team and uphold our core values of teamwork, excellence, and compassion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and promotion our company culture and policies.
- Supporting all bar and front of house stations.
- Ensuring timely production and delivery of food and beverages while also enforcing food safety.
- Engaging with customers and employees professionally.
- Collaborating with other managers to maintain staffing levels, training programs, cost control, and property upkeep.
- Focus on training with each FOH team member
To be eligible for this role, we require:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing a full-service restaurant with a bar.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft and Office Suite.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- The ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
