Orangeburg Rental Cars is looking for an energetic, professional, detail-oriented Manager to greet clientele, assist them in obtaining a rental vehicle, manage a multi-line phone system and assist with administrative projects as needed.
The primary responsibility of the Rental Manager is to handle high volume traffic, assist applicant in obtaining a rental vehicle and build a book of clientele through excellent customer service and referral business. Candidate must have the ability to assist a number of individuals, multi-task efficiently and work comfortably in Microsoft Word & Excel. In addition to answering the phones and greeting clientele, essential functions of the Manager include: receiving and sorting incoming mail, maintaining and ordering office supplies and assisting with other administrative duties such as, but not limited to, photocopying and filing as needed. Bilingual is a plus but it is not required.
