We are seeking to take on an Accounting & Administration Assistant who can help us take our team’s capabilities to the next level. You will to manage financial and administrative processes, ensuring accurate accounting, compliance, and effective communication with stakeholders, among others.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Handling tasks related to payments to suppliers, account reconciliations, and accounting records.
- Ensuring all financial procedures are followed and maintain transparency in the financial process.
- Communicating with suppliers, clients, and the accounting firm to keep track of invoices, expenses, and payments.
- Analyzing current processes to identify areas of improvement and optimize efficiency and task quality.
Some requirements:
- Around 3 years of experience working in similar roles.
- Ongoing studies in Administration or Accounting (Technician or Public Accountant).
- Vast experience working with Excel and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Analytical mindset to improve processes and ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
