The Lead Flutter Software Engineer applies practical knowledge of application development and engineering to conceive, design, implement, test, and deploy both new software applications/platforms and changes to existing platforms, ranging from issue fixes to enhancements and new features for components of varying levels of complexity. The Lead Flutter Software Engineer will collaborate with other team members to design solutions and provide recommendations in response to user needs. They are responsible for individual development tasks and ensuring that their deliverables work well in the overall program.

Basic Qualifications
- Must have strong communication and collaboration skills and be able to work within/across teams and help lead others.
- 5 years of software development experience, with a focus on highly scalable, high-volume applications. Strong expertise in design principles, patterns, and coding best practices.
- 2 years of Flutter Development Experience.
- 5 years of mobile application development.
- Flexibility and experience working on highly agile projects and initiatives.
- Experience with UI and UX Patterns and Practices.
- Experience with Flutter Web.
- Understanding of Accessibility Best Practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Comp Sci/Eng or related field.
