Project Management:
- Lead and manage multiple Power Platform projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and support staff.
- Conduct regular project meetings, track progress, and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.
Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Power Platform technologies.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Power Platform solutions.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical guidance and support to the Power Platform development team.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.
Power Platform Environment Management:
- Manage and enhance the Power Platform environment, ensuring it is optimized for performance and security.
- Monitor and maintain system health, implementing updates and improvements as necessary.
- Establish governance and best practices for the Power Platform environment, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Support and Maintenance:
- Work closely with the Power Platform support team to ensure ongoing maintenance and support of deployed solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT or software development projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficient experience with Power Apps. Experience working in IT environments, understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Project Management: Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Ability to lead projects and manage technical resources.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills.
Certifications:
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
