As Program Manager, you will be involved throughout the project life-cycle, coordinating and managing the projects, as outlined below :
This Direct to direct-to-consumer sales Program Manager will drive the performance of our first and third-party accessories globally. The right candidate will be detail-oriented and analytical. The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, working directly with the cross-functionally with Channel Marketing, Web Marketing, Order Operations, Product, Sales Analytics, and other teams to optimize our opportunity and drive sales results.
Responsibilities :
- Drive assortment and sales performance of first- and third-party accessories across all DTC surfaces and capabilities globally.
- Manage catalog tooling for availability, assortment, pricing, and promotions for accessories.
- Partner with operations teams to optimize and secure product inventory availability.
- Seek out data, provide insights, and deliver foresight that drives the growth of DTC sales.
- Directly intersect and manage 3rd party accessories vendor relationships and sales planning into the channel.
- Partner with cross-functional peers in Web Marketing, Order Ops, Sales Analytics, etc. to optimize our DTC business.
- Own inventory planning inputs with demand planning.
- Review Sell Out data to identify new opportunities within existing product ranges. Benefits :
