As Program Manager, you will be involved throughout the project life-cycle, coordinating and managing the projects, as outlined below:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to manage the global scrap/recycling projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage global scrap/recycling projects with vendors from initiation, execution, to closure.
- Issue Oracle scrap orders to service centers and fulfillment centers. Ensure closure after materials pick-ups.
- Resolve issues during order creation and/or closure with IT.
- Drive scrap/recycling project process improvements to optimize and increase efficiency including Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): creation and enhancement, team page updates, and process automation.
- Collect and analyze scrap/recycling data and metrics including number of projects, pallets, weights, materials, and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Update Statement of Work (SOW).
- Present weekly scrap/recycling metrics and project status.
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication, analytical, project management, and presentation skills.
- Experience working well independently and with self-guided direction.
- Attention to detail.
- Team player.
- Experience with Oracle and Smartsheet.
Education/Experience:
- 3 years of work experience in program management.
- BA, BS, or equivalent work experience in program management.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.
- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
