About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect Power Platform to lead the design, development, and governance of Power Platform solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse and hands-on coding abilities. You will mentor junior developers, guide best practices, and ensure scalable, enterprise-grade implementations. This is an onsite position.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Development : Architect and help develop solutions across the Power Platform ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Coding & Technical Leadership : Review code while mentoring developers new to the platform.
- Solution Design & Governance : Define best practices, governance models, and frameworks for Power Platform implementations.
- Licensing & Connectors Strategy : Recommend appropriate licensing and connector usage based on business needs.
- Collaboration & Mentorship : Work closely with cross-functional teams, guiding multiple contractors and internal teams.
- Compliance & Security : Ensure adherence to enterprise security and compliance policies within the Power Platform.
