Description :
- The Vendor Support Specialist will work with area leaders to drive specific efforts to completion track status communicate and ensure ontime delivery.
- Establish timelines and manage assets to meet key milestone deliverables.
- Deliverables to include Vendor Engagement Portal (VEP) Third Party Enablement (3PE) Third Party Office (3PO) Forecast Engineering Management Analytics (FEMA) and Supplier Partnerships & Ops Technology (SPOT FKA VMO) related workflows and enhancements database transfer and any additional leadership requests.
- Create and maintain comprehensive asset tracking activities to monitor and report on delivery progress Document ways of working and other information to help establish new processes.
- Assist leaders by reporting and escalating issues promptly.
- Hold key stakeholders accountable for deliverables.
- Liaise with team members and crossfunctional partners at all levels of the organization.
- Influence and direct the work of others with or without formal authority.
