Key Responsibilities:

- Ongoing Outreach: Maintain consistent contact with leads who have shown interest but haven’t committed to a class, keeping them engaged.
- Missed Guests: Follow up with guests who attended a class but didn’t convert to membership, with the goal of closing the sale.
- Win-Back Efforts: Develop and implement strategies to re-engage and convert previous members who have canceled their memberships.
- Referrals: Create and implement a consistent studio referral program from current membership base
