As a Head Fitness Coach your duties & responsibilities include:
- Creating a positive, high energy, respectful, and safe studio environment
- Leading 10-15 classes per week
- Developing studio culture to build Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) attendance and retain current members
- Building strong professional relationships with new, current and former OTF studio members
- Facilitating follow up communication and handling member concerns in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution.
- Managing the continuous education, development and auditing of coaching personnel within a studio using the OTF business model and policies
- Conduct monthly fitness staff meetings and attending all relative, mandatory webinars and other requested corporate meetings
- Promoting compliance to quality control and brand standards.
- Identifying coach development needs throughout the studio and assist in creating innovative solutions to educational needs
- Responsible for organization and cleanliness of the studio, including the training floor.
- Must be flexible and willing to work weekends, including special events, when needed and as requested by your Studio Manager and supervisor
- Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general and being aware of what the competition is doing
- Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
Additionally, you’ll need to meet these requirements:
- Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, NSCA)
- Be AED/CPR certified
- Previous OTF experience is preferred but not required

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
