Duties
- Develop customized training programs tailored to individual client needs and fitness levels.
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, physiology, and body mechanics to ensure safe and effective workouts.
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions as well as group fitness classes, including options like CrossFit, yoga, and cycle.
- Monitor client progress and adjust training plans as necessary to maximize results.
- Provide guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices to support overall wellness.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages clients to reach their fitness goals.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices in personal training.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of physiology and body mechanics related to exercise.
- Experience in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred.
- Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM) is required.
- Ability to educate clients effectively and communicate clearly.
- Experience with various fitness modalities including dance, CrossFit, yoga, or cycle is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
