Salary: $70,000k-$80,000k/year

Experience/Job Requirements:

• 2-3 years practical experience in a social media marketing role
• Digital savvy; understands and can execute a wide array of digital marketing tools
• Well-versed in Meta platforms (X, TikTok, LI a plus)
• Adept in Google Suite, Basecamp, Canva and popular CRM applications
• Experience with Sprout Social or other social media management platforms
• 4-year college degree

Job Description: Responsibilities for this role may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develop social media strategy which is aligned with overall marketing objectives
• Design, edit and publish social media, digital and print content
• Curate daily/weekly content and cadence for all studio social media accounts
• Establish, track, analyze and report monthly on social media KPIs
• Execute plans and tasks through Sprout Social
• Implement brand strategies, best practices and assets provided by the franchisor
• Develop and manage a social media influencer plan to extend brand reach
• Author and manage monthly content calendars
• Actively manage brand communities
• Monitor sentiment, comments and provide timely responses
• Identify and report on industry and competitor trends
• Track, audit and report levels of studio participation and compliance
• Assist with paid social media campaigns
• Assist with execution of regional marketing and community outreach events, which involves occasional weekend activity.
• Build rapport and trust with studio and regional staff
• Educate studio teams on organic social media best practices
• Assist in ordering of sales and marketing supplies for studios
• Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professional demeanor in all matters representing Company and Owners
• Role reports to Marketing Director

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
