Assistant Studio Manager - Mundelein

You will participate in the operation and success of a fast paced fitness studio, build relationships with OTF members and the community in order to help maintain and build member base, and you will be responsible providing our members with a best in class customer experience.

Requirements

In order to Burn With The Best, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Normal schedule requires working 4 out of 5 weekdays 1 weekend day.

Education and/or Experience Required:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ideal candidate will have minimum experience of 1 year in 2 of the 3 categories below:

• Fitness (training or customer service/sales)
• Sales (fitness sales preferred, general sales acceptable)
• Team management/leadership

Additional Requirements and Responsibilities Include:

• Ability to take 1-2 OTF classes per week to effectively describe the workout to prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed all key performance sales indicators for the studio, including: offerings, memberships, renewals, and retail/concession sales
• Establish and maintains an effective referral program
• Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems.
• Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls
• Lead OTF studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders
• Generate leads through work inside and outside the studio
• Follow up and follow through activities with all prospective clients
• Help maximize workout traffic
• Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the OTF studio
• Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist ( pre/during/post ) shift activities
• Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area
• Proper on-boarding of all OTF clients through the use of Client Intake Forms and Membership Agreements.
• Responsible for processing accurate cash and credit card transactions
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns
• Works closely with Fitness Team to ensure that processes are fulfilled
• Responsible for attending and participating in all relative OTF training programs
• Be a passionate ambassador of Orangetheory Fitness
