About the Role :
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Orangetheory - Franchise #0321 in Los Angeles, CA. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services
- Assist with scheduling and managing appointments
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized front desk area
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of fitness industry and / or experience working in a gym is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
