Position: Group Fitness Coach
Location: Bothell, WA
Salary: Up to $80 per hour
Type: Part-Time
Hours: 6 – 15 per week
Certification: Current CPR/AED. MUST HOLD CURRENT CERTIFICATE from the listed accreditations below, as well as pass an aggressive hands on training M-F, 8-4PM (paid) before becoming an OTF Coach. Certificates accepted: ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, NSCA, ISSA*

What You’ll Do:
- Lead dynamic, high-energy workouts for up to 39 members.
- Keep everyone safe and motivated with personalized guidance.
- Be an ambassador for our studio—help with tours, sales, and events.
- Engage with our community on social media and spread the OTF spirit.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fitness certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, AFAA, or ISSA).
- CPR/AED certified.
- 1 years of group fitness or personal training experience.
- A passion for inspiring and motivating people.

*CERTIFICATION EXCEPTION: Individuals with an advanced degree (e.g., Bachelor of Science (BS), Master of Science (MS), Ph.D., DPT) in one of the fields outlined below (with current CPR/AED certification) obtained in 2010 or later are eligible to attend OTFit training.
