As a Founding Orangetheory Fitness Coach, you’ll guide members through heart-rate-based, technology-tracked, and science-backed workouts that leave them feeling strong, confident, and part of something special.
What You’ll Do
- Lead dynamic, pre-designed, full-body group workouts with energy and enthusiasm.
- Inspire and motivate members to achieve and surpass their fitness goals.
- Ensure proper form, technique, and safety throughout classes.
- Customize exercises to accommodate various fitness levels and needs.
- Confidently demonstrate equipment usage and studio technology.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
What You Bring
- Passion for fitness: Your energy and enthusiasm are contagious.
- Fitness certifications: Current certification from an Orangetheory-approved entity (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, AFAA) and AED/CPR certification.
- Experience: 1-2 years of group fitness or personal training experience preferred.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.
- Team spirit: You’re a supportive and collaborative team player.
