We are looking for a team player who is strong in prospecting and sales, who will provide customers with an exceptional service experience.

Here are the main details of our membership Sales Associate role:

• Prospecting and selling OTF memberships
• Create a welcoming studio environment by making sure everyone is treated with enthusiasm, energy and receives excellence in their customer experience
• Be the face of the studio by handling all communication and administrative tasks, including responding to client communications, effectively and quickly handling administrative tasks, and taking initiative to do what it takes to make the studio run smoothly at all times.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events, in and outside of the studio
• Help ensure daily content for our Social Media channels
• Bring your creativity and teamwork skills to ensure high performance
• Partner with our coaches and other Sales Associates to flawlessly deliver our best in class workouts
