Here are the details of a PART TIME Sales Associate role :
Selling OTF membershipsDaily prospecting to potential membersCreate a welcoming studio environment by making sure everyone is treated with enthusiasm, energy and knowledgePresenting the OTF story, brand and workout to any interested clients, and lead studio toursEffectively onboard first timersBe the face of the studio by handling all communication and administrative tasks, including responding to client communications, effectively and quickly handling administrative tasks, and taking initiative to do what it takes to make the studio run smoothly at all times.Work hand-in-hand with OTF coaches to guide first timers through their Orangetheory workoutGrow the studios client base, through membership sales, proactively seeking referrals, and providing the optimum client experienceHandle members concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolutionParticipate in marketing and outreach eventsEnsure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organizedImplement and follow appropriate COVID protocols / practices and ensure health and safety standards at all timesHelp build an exciting community culture; ensure daily content for our Social Media channelsSo, if you have a passion for fitness and would like to help us in our mission to spread More Life to our members and community, we would like to hear from YOU!
Qualifications :
one year of sales experience (OTF experience a plus!)Associates degree (preferred)Live local to the studioComp / Benefits :
