As a Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties :
- Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
- Helping members set and achieve goals
- Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
- Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
- Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
- Being a team player

Orangetheory Fitness is a top trendsetting franchise fitness organization with over 1,000 studio locations open worldwide. We are rapidly growing across the country! Currently seeking qualified trainers and instructors who can deliver a fantastic workout experience to our clients. As an OTF Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering scientifically predesigned workouts for up to 28 clients per class. This position requires a strong ability to coach and manage time while motivating multiple clients in a group setting. Salary is extremely competitive in the industry with compensation incentives tied directly to membership and class attendance levels.

Salary : $25.00 to $65.00 / hour
