- Coaches are in the studio about 35 hours per week with great income and full benefits.
- They have a consistent schedule with a variety of shift options based on their personal preferences.
- We offer a consistent income without the worry of client no shows or last minute cancellations.
- New studios are opening all over the metro area and we love to promote from within for leadership positions.

Job Responsibilities:
- Coach a high-energy, safe, and motivating class to help our members achieve their fitness goals.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests by helping them book workouts.
- Educate guests on our services and programs to help them achieve their best results.
- Lead studio preview tours with new guests and fitness program members.
- Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls and customer care calls.
- Take a proactive approach to achieving daily, weekly, monthly sales and performance goals.
- Maintain a professional and impeccably clean studio for guests and team members.
Qualifications:
- Passion for health and fitness.
- A big smile and a great attitude.
- Sincere in your communication, a team player, and someone who cares about others.
- Growth-minded and open to learning.
- Attention to detail; can follow proven systems and policies.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation; your own vehicle.
- Personal Trainer Certification or Group Fitness Certification (NASM, NSCA, AFAA, ACE, ACSM, ISSA (Have or Willing to Obtain))
