Coaches are paid based on 50-90 minute class size.

The minimum class rate is $20

• The maximum class rate is $70
• Raise offered after the first 90 days upon passing an Elite Coach evaluation

Position Overview

We are looking for a Head Coach who can make our members and coaches feel seen, and that theyre an integral part of the hour you spend together. The Head Coach role provides direction, clarity and an energized environment to the coaches, sales staff and members alike.

As a Head Coach you can expect to perform the following duties :

• Properly manage and monitor coach performance and proper fitness template education.
• Train and mentor coaches for ongoing success & future growth.
• Develop a high energy culture of OTF ambassadors.
• Be an active part of the sales & intro process.
• Identify optimal class schedules and make adjustments as necessary.
• Use OTF / Thrive tools and reports daily (CTA Cards, Studio Portal, MBO, etc).
• Tackle all member / guest care calls within the expected call cadence.
• Actively support Regional Fitness Manager in recruiting strong CPT candidates.
• Audits and approves all payroll prior to submission to the General Manager.
• Stay current on fitness curriculum and incoming fitness trends.
• Audit coach certifications and check for CPT, AED, CPR renewals to ensure compliance.
• Troubleshoot equipment technology as necessary.
• Conduct roll-out & leadership meetings with all Coaches.
• Enforce OTF and Thrive corporate policies, business practices, and systems.

Additionally, youll need to meet these requirements :

• AED / CPR certified
• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
