Position Overview
We are looking for a head coach who can make our members and coaches alike feel seen, empowered and feel that theyre an integral part of the hour you spend together. Coaches whose positive energy stays with a member long after theyve left the studio, and they find themselves counting the hours till their next workout.

As a Head Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties:

• Create coaches monthly schedules
• Assess class and coach performance
• Conduct coach evaluations and encourage standards
• Lead the team in member retention and intro process sales
• Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
• Helping members set and achieve S.M.A.R.T goals
• Offering form corrections and exercise options, safety if our priority!
• Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training and educating our members on its benefits
• Knowledge of every piece of equipment and able to demonstrate usage in every workout.
• Positive attitude and being a team player

Additionally, youll need to meet these requirements:

• AED/CPR certified
• Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
• 1-5 years in the fitness industry required
• Experience in fitness leadership is a plus!
